UniTerm Android is an emulator for Use it Linux Server 4 PROLOGUE NUMERIQUE distribution (https://useit-abal-criteria.fr)
Main functionalities:
- Emulation in multiview text mode to run applications on Use it Linux Server 4.
- Specific virtual keyboard with function keys from F1 to F12, Esc and ² keys
-Two virtual keyboards with two different sizes, and proportional to the size of the tablet
- French ans spanish virtual keyboards
- Horizontal or Vertical Orientation
- Vector font
- Management of custom color palettes
- Rowsxcolumns Display can be different from a 25x80 pattern
- Systematic saving of Username; a checkbox allows to save Password
- On a physical keyboard, use of the key combination CTRL-BACKSPACE to navigate in menus of ABAL applications (in place of ESC key on a virtual keyboard)
- Compatible with Android v3 and v4
- for 10 inch tablets (or larger ones), and 7 inch tablets only with the smallest keyboard in 25x80 pattern
- Server configuration identical to Twinweb configuration (Staffnet console) whose documentation is on: http://adress_ip_server/twinweb2/doctw.htm . Users are created on the server using the program twpass.
The configuration of the number of RowsxColumns and the color palettes is also performed on the server using the program twpass.
To take advantage of the new features in Uniterm Android 1.3, the version of Use it Linux Server must be 4.2 or higher, and the useit-twinweb2 package must be updated from Prologue public repository.
